Vaisakhi Nagar Kirtan Parade

What: The annual Sikh Nagar Kirtan Parade will be celebrating the creation of the Khalsa. Vaisakhi signals the commencement of the spring harvest seasno and is considered a barbinger of wealth and prosperity. Sikhs all over the world get together in the Gurdwaras and offer prayers on this day. Langar (free community meal) and refreshments will be served at both the Gurdwaras.

CUTA Annual Conference

What: The Canadian Urban Transit Association will be holding their annual Spring conference in Victoria, BC. City official's from all over the country will be getting together to discuss efficient transit initiatives, innovative ideas and ways in which they can work together in order to provide the best possible transportation services for citizens.
